  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase or order receipt is required.
  • Items that show signs of installation, use, or damage caused by the customer may not be eligible for return.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and issued through your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If applicable, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
